DiabetesConnect is an all-in-one app designed to help you manage your diabetes more easily. You can: • Track blood sugar, HbA1c, blood pressure, weight, BMI, cholesterol, kidney function, medications, diagnoses, and important checks • Monitor activity, active energy, calorie balance, personalised goals, and daily health summaries • Analyse meals using AI from text or photos to estimate calories, nutrition, and macros • Review graphs, summaries, reminders, Pulse community updates, and report-style exports in one place All your health data is stored securely in one place, helping you understand your progress and make better day-to-day decisions.
The AI Meal Analyzer helps you quickly estimate the calories and nutrition in your meals. You can use it in three simple ways: • Type your meal Enter what you ate (e.g. “chicken, rice, salad”) and tap Analyze • Take or upload a photo Use your camera or gallery, then tap Analyze Photo • Enter manually If you already know the values, log them directly Once analysed, your meal is saved so you can track daily intake, macros, daily nutrition totals, portion adjustments, and meal history. ⚠️ The results are estimates and may not always be exact. Use them as a helpful guide.
Your calorie goal is calculated using your profile (age, sex, height, weight, and activity level) to estimate your daily energy needs (TDEE). To keep it accurate: • Update your weight regularly • Set your activity level correctly You can also adjust your goal (lose, maintain, gain) or set it manually.
Yes. You can switch to Manual mode to enter your own calorie target. You can also optionally set: • Protein • Carbs • Fat This is useful if you are following a specific diet plan or have targets given by your doctor or nutritionist.
The colours help you quickly understand your results: 🟢 Green — Within target (good control) 🟡 Yellow — Above target (needs attention) 🔴 Red — High or abnormal (consider medical advice) These colours make it easier to spot areas that may need improvement at a glance.
